Meet Stef
On a personal level, I’m a mom, educator, self-care + adventure enthusiast based in beautiful Winter Garden, Florida. I’m friendly in 4 languages and have always been fascinated with the idea to connect with new people, build community, and explore more of our diverse world. I love taking my daughter on adventures and watching her eyes light up, but I also treasure solo time, those quiet moments of reflection and self discovery. It’s all about balance. When I’m not on my yoga mat, you’ll find me planning my next adventure, crafting, spending time with loved ones, or exploring new ways to smile. I’m often inspired by nature, quotes, music, and opportunities to expand, challenge myself, and get out of my comfort zone!
What Inspired my Journey
My passion for this work began with a lifelong curiosity for human behavior, what shapes us, moves us, and helps us evolve.
I hold degrees in Psychology, Counseling, and Human Systems, and have been honored to work with people from all walks of life, across both clinical and educational settings.
But, it was my own healing journey that opened me to the world of holistic practices like yoga, somatics, and other alternative methods. These tools changed my life, and I now weave them into my work to support others in creating meaningful, lasting change.
